- Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degree Celsius, remove from the oven.
- Cut the logs in 1/2 inch wide till it is little hot and keep it on the baking tray for the second baking at 180 degree celsius for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes keep the biscotti on grill rack.
